AI, Jobs, and the Battle Between Algorithms and Humans

It feels like the battle between algorithms and humans has already started.

In today’s job market, getting laid off can happen very easily. Getting selected for a new job feels like a nightmare. Getting selected is one challenge, but staying in the job and proving yourself is another. And on top of everything, there is the constant pressure to keep up with new technologies.

The easiest thing happening in the current job market seems to be getting let go by an employer.

Technology and AI are changing the way we work, and there is no doubt that they bring many benefits. But I strongly believe that AI needs to be properly regulated and used responsibly.

Technology should help humans, not replace the values that make us human.

AI should not win over human values, empathy, compassion, creativity, and humanity. We should make sure that AI remains a tool that serves mankind rather than becoming another problem created by mankind.

Progress is important. Technology is important. AI is important.

But humanity should always remain more important.
